Born in Stavropol, Russia, Denis immigrated to the United States in 2006 at the age of twenty, arriving in Miami with limited English and an outsized determination to build something of his own. He earned his real estate license in 2012 and his broker's license by twenty-nine, founding Wolsen Real Estate.
Today, Denis leads a full-service brokerage and has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in luxury transactions. His deals range from bayfront resales to a $19 million private-island villa on Hibiscus Island, and he was among the very first brokers in Miami to close real estate transactions in cryptocurrency.
